At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage. We are united in delivering the best experience for our customers, working together daily to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel respected, valued, and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success.
As an Account Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions organization, you will be based in the West Territory. This role is critical to long-term client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will partner with Large Corporate, Diversified Industries Group (DIG), and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients to deepen relationships, drive ongoing engagement, and ensure successful adoption of our comprehensive suite of financial wellness services.
In this position, you will work directly with clients to design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs that align with their organizational goals. You will deliver innovative solutions—including health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, and earned wage access—using a consultative approach to drive value. Your day-to-day involves growing relationships with new clients while strengthening partnerships with existing ones, collaborating closely with internal teams to support the growth of your book of business. This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to support client engagement and business development efforts.
PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals.
