At PNC, our people are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage. We are united in delivering the best experience for our customers, working together daily to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel respected, valued, and have the opportunity to contribute to the company's success.
As an Account Manager within PNC's Financial Wellness Solutions organization, you will be based in the West Territory. This role is critical to long-term client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. You will serve as a strategic partner to Large Corporate, Diversified Industries Group (DIG), and Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients, deepening existing relationships and driving ongoing engagement.
In this position, you will work directly with clients to design, implement, and advance financial wellness programs that align with their organizational goals. Using a consultative approach, you will deliver innovative solutions including health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and operational servicing units, managing the full lifecycle of client relationships from initial engagement to contract negotiation and ongoing support.
This role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to support client engagement and business development. You will collaborate closely with experienced client services teams and internal partners to ensure the successful adoption and growth of our solutions across your book of business.
