Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide sales literature, product information, and produce quotations to meet performance standards
- check_circleRespond promptly to sales leads within a designated territory and coordinate customer visits
- check_circleTravel to customer sites and trade shows on a limited basis as requested
- check_circleProcess inbound reorders, return authorizations, and handle customer information requests
- check_circleAssist current customers with system upgrades, expansions, and software maintenance renewals
- check_circleDevelop accounts for direct sales channels including wander management and emergency call systems
- check_circleInitiate new system, reorder, and upgrade sales through proactive outbound calling and email
- check_circleAdminister follow-up activities including database documentation, quote processing, and lead tracking
- check_circleConduct routine polling and surveys to ensure post-installation and general customer satisfaction
Requirements
- verified2+ years customer service, phone sales and presentation/demonstration experience
- verifiedValid Driver's License and good driving record required
- verifiedAbility to successfully sell to a variety of professionals in diverse healthcare and other settings
- verifiedAbility to calculate quotations and order quantities correctly and enter data into database
- verifiedAbility to understand and explain all Company product lines, service, support, and company credit/shipping policies after training
- verifiedExperience managing the administration of a sales territory
- verifiedCollege degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred
- verifiedWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Salesforce Lightning, Excel, and Word preferred
