As the Manager, Ops, Customer Service, you will act as the vital liaison between the airline customer and the Gate Gourmet operational unit, supporting the unit in meeting customer requirements and needs while reporting to the General Manager.
In this role, you will be the owner of the T-minus schedule, facilitating changes and bringing all departments together for success. Your day will involve coordinating between the customer and GGI on special events, managing inventory to ensure par levels are current, and driving root cause analysis for delays. You will represent customer interests to the local team, ensuring that all processes meet quality standards and that additional revenue opportunities are documented. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to creating travel and culinary memories.
