We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused sales professional to serve as a Community Blood Drive Account Manager in the Texarkana, TX/AR market. This is a true outside sales position where you will spend your days in the community building connections, securing new partnerships, and driving results that directly impact lives.
More than just a sales role, this position offers the opportunity to help save lives by strengthening the community blood supply across the region. You will act as a bridge between the organization and local businesses, schools, churches, and community leaders, delivering presentations and coordinating successful blood drives that bring people together for a common cause.

LifeShare Blood Center operates within the hospitals and health care industry from its headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana. Since its founding in 1942, this nonprofit community service provider has supplied blood components to approximately 100 medical facilities across Louisiana, east Texas, and south Arkansas. The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Trustees and maintains licensure from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration alongside accreditation from the AABB. It also holds membership in America's Blood Centers and the American Rare Donor Program.
The center houses an Immunohematology Reference Laboratory, recognized as one of only 66 AABB-accredited facilities of its kind globally. This laboratory serves as a key supplier of rare blood through its participation in the American Rare Donor Program. Additionally, its Scientific Support Services utilize molecular techniques to assist in complex blood bank investigations. This division stands as one of just six AABB-accredited molecular laboratories worldwide. These specialized services provide consultative support to resolve difficult compatibility or serological issues, including the performance of the monocyte-monolayer assay, a test conducted by only four laboratories in the United States.
