About the Role

This Sales Specialist position is designed for a motivated and resourceful professional eager to excel in a dynamic environment. You will be at the forefront of identifying and developing new business opportunities for Westlaw and CoCounsel within the government sector. This role is perfect for those enthusiastic about cold-calling and building a robust sales funnel, while aspiring to enhance their skills in complex legal tech sales.

You will thrive in a diverse team selling environment, actively seeking feedback to refine your skills. The position requires a commitment to continuous learning and the willingness to invest the time and effort needed to advance to the next level. You will collaborate effectively to progress and close sales, maintaining a deep understanding of Westlaw and CoCounsel capabilities to tailor pitches to the unique needs of government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleProspect and identify mid-contract and new sales opportunities in the public sector
  • check_circleConduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target agencies
  • check_circleTailor sales pitches to the unique needs of government agencies based on product capabilities
  • check_circleMaintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast reports
  • check_circleMeet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for Westlaw and CoCounsel
  • check_circleDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate accounts within and outside normal buying processes
  • check_circleConduct live demonstrations of Westlaw and CoCounsel platforms for government clients
  • check_circleCollaborate with team members to progress and close sales deals

Requirements
