We are seeking a talented Account Representative to join our 3P sales team, where your primary mission is to drive recruitment and business development. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for companies throughout the discovery and registration process, focusing on prospecting and recruiting Brand Owners and Resellers.
Your work will center on achieving sales performance metrics and fostering sustainable growth within a specific product category and seller tier. You will leverage our New Seller Guide and various internal tools to ensure seller success, while working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize seller potential and drive revenue growth.
You will be chartered with developing and managing a sales pipeline that balances high-value and transactional accounts. Your day-to-day involves executing sales strategies to secure deals that exceed account acquisition and output goals. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the senior management and executive teams of prospective accounts.
Alongside internal stakeholders, you will create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. You will also prepare and deliver business reviews regarding the progress and state of health for your respective territory, ensuring that all pertinent account information and sales progress are tracked accurately to forecast and prioritize quarterly goals.
