About the Role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand and the go-to expert for our customers. Your role is to help guests explore our cannabis products and deliver top-tier service with every interaction. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, informative, inclusive, and engaging experience, helping guests find the right fit for their needs.

Whether you are recommending new items, handling purchases at the register, or chatting with a first-time shopper, you will be building trust and showcasing what makes Curaleaf special. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cannabis who loves working with people and enjoys a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with your team to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere while supporting store operations and sales goals.
