This position, internally titled Branch Manager, is located at 602 W. Route 66. You will join us on this exciting journey as we continue to revolutionize the financial services industry and empower customers to thrive. In this role, you will lead the branch team to deliver results on store profitability goals while providing a quality customer sales experience through the efficient execution of all transactions.
Your day will involve managing the team to ensure targets are met, handling cash, and accurately entering transactions into the system. You will also be responsible for contacting customers with past due balances to negotiate payment terms, auditing documentation for accuracy, and ensuring that all safety, security, and compliance policies are strictly followed.
