About the Role

As a Resale Sales Representative, you are not starting from scratch; you are reactivating interest and rebuilding trust with customers who already know ADT. That's a powerful head start! These customers represent one of ADT's strategic growth opportunities, and you will be at the forefront of re-introducing modern solutions that better meet this customer segment's needs.

You will serve as a trusted consultant, providing personalized solutions that combine security, automation, and life safety features tailored to each customer's space and lifestyle. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships through shorter sales cycles and higher conversion rates, moving beyond cold-calling to engage with warm leads. You will deliver compelling presentations that highlight the unique advantages of ADT's products compared to competitors and conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments are fulfilled and to generate referrals.
