As an Account Manager, you will serve as an operations leader for Williams Lea, communicating a vision for how we best serve our clients across single or multiple service offerings. Your primary mission is to empower and enable your team to bring that vision to life. This role is dedicated to executing service delivery, driving operational excellence, implementing optimized cost-to-serve models, and fostering continuous improvement and team growth.
In this position, you will oversee contracted operations to ensure the needs of the contract and client are met while simultaneously addressing the needs of your employees. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to development and off-boarding, ensuring your team understands and complies with company and client policies. By fostering cross-training and a strong sense of teamwork, you will optimize client service delivery and ensure that quality service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
You will also act as a key liaison for client relationships, managing satisfaction and presenting monthly Client Service Reviews that reflect on data to support informed decision-making. Your day-to-day involves identifying opportunities for account growth, resolving client challenges, and leading due diligence and implementation efforts for new business within your accounts.
