About the Role
The Financial Analyst serves as a strategic partner to MarketSource's Business Units, performing critical financial analysis, issue escalation, and reporting functions. This role is designed to ensure the accurate data management and fiscal health of assigned programs through close collaboration with Client Services, Back Office Departments, and Accounting.
In this position, you will be the financial steward for your programs, managing budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. You will work independently while functioning effectively within a team environment, adapting to workplace changes and communicating complex financial data to diverse audiences. Success in this role requires a blend of technical financial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- verifiedOne year of financial operations/analysis or accounting experience, preferred
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Oracle
- verifiedIn office workdays required
