As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as an operations leader for Williams Lea, communicating a vision for how we best serve our clients across national or multiple service offerings. This role is designed to empower and enable your team to bring that vision to life, focusing on executing service delivery, operational excellence, optimized cost-to-serve models, continuous improvement initiatives, and team growth.
You will oversee contracted operations to ensure the needs of the contract and client are met while addressing the needs of your employees. Your day-to-day involves developing a highly functioning client team, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, and fostering a culture of cross-training and teamwork. You will establish and sustain quality service delivery through standard operating procedures and account planning, utilizing data from our 'Engage' system to manage workflow, quality, and individual performance. Additionally, you will manage financial aspects including P&L reviews, labor allocations, and invoicing, while maintaining strong relationships with clients through monthly service reviews and strategic feedback sessions.
