About the Role

As a Security Account Manager in Independence, MO, you will serve as the driving force behind the success of one of our key accounts. This role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional on-site performance and ensuring our security services consistently exceed client expectations. You will act as the primary liaison between the client and local branch teams, building strong relationships to enhance the client's security program for long-term success.

Your day will involve guiding customers through complex integration projects, contracts, and onboarding processes while delivering detailed presentations that showcase your expertise. You will analyze data to prepare internal reports, manage client billing, and develop strategic security and crisis management plans. By staying calm under pressure and leveraging your financial planning skills, you will ensure that our contracted KPIs are met and that the client's security needs are addressed with precision and care.
