Maximus is currently seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA's mission is to help people before, during, and after disasters. In this project, we support FEMA by taking calls and accepting applications from individuals and businesses for disaster assistance within a designated geographical area. This position offers the unique opportunity to directly support survivors of natural disasters.
The FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility from our staff. As a Reporting Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. You will coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialists, assist in creating monthly client presentations, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all reports in compliance with contract requirements.
This is a temporary, remote position where Maximus will provide the necessary equipment. To succeed in this fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, you must be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating as a team member. The role demands a high level of confidentiality and the ability to manage complex data while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
This position requires availability to work an eight (8) hour shift, 5 days per week, anytime between the hours of 6:30 AM and 2:30 AM EST, including weekends. Candidates must be US Citizens and possess the ability to pass a Federal Government clearance.
