About the Role

As a Regional Director, you will lead our Eastern operations with a sharp focus on profitability, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the President, this hands-on leader will oversee multiple branches across Florida and Georgia. You will be responsible for scaling teams, turning around underperforming branches, and driving revenue across the region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of a growing business unit. You will partner with local teams to deploy our full suite of services, ensuring each location meets revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets. Your day will involve managing the full regional P&L, launching new markets, and championing a culture of safety and operational excellence. You will elevate the client experience through site visits, quality checks, and proactive communication, while preparing and presenting performance updates to leadership.

Work Environment

This position is based in Florida or Georgia, with candidates required to reside in one of these states at the time of hire. The role is remote with travel up to 50% as required. The work environment may involve walking properties, navigating stairs, and exposure to outdoor conditions in varying weather. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required, along with availability to work irregular hours based on business needs.
