The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the department and managers, particularly in land acquisition, entitlement processes, and property development. You will be the operational backbone that ensures new projects are delivered successfully by overseeing construction schedules, contract documents, land development budgets, and ensuring compliance with environmental studies, geotechnical reports, and engineering plans.
