About the Mission
Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA's mission is to help people before, during, and after disasters. In this project, the team supports survivors of natural disasters by taking calls and accepting applications for disaster assistance from individuals and businesses within a designated geographical area.
The FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need, requiring a high degree of flexibility from all team members. This is a temporary position where you will play a critical role in sustaining an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity to ensure timely assistance reaches those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program
- check_circleAssist with the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations
- check_circleSupervise and conduct the development of required routine and ad hoc reports
- check_circleProvide management with up-to-date program statistics
- check_circleProvide contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports
- check_circleEnsure accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract requirements
- check_circleParticipate in program expansion planning and implementation
- check_circleDemonstrate excellent customer service skills
- check_circleEnsure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy regarding employee breaks
- check_circleCoordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialists
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years experience OR Associate degree with 2 years call center experience
