About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, physically active Account Manager ready to make a real impact in the metal recycling industry. This role is designed for those who thrive in the field, working directly with catalytic converter suppliers to build relationships, secure competitive pricing, and drive company growth through active engagement.

You will be the face of AIM in your territory, combining relationship building with on-site operational tasks. Your day will involve regular in-person visits to assess supplier operations, inspecting catalytic converters for quality and compliance, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and transporting materials. Beyond the field, you will analyze market trends and pricing shifts to guide smart buying and negotiations, ensuring our purchasing, processing, and shipping operations run smoothly alongside our logistics teams.
