The Supplies Sales Expert - Retail Account serves as a trusted advisor to HP's retail partners, driving profitable growth for the supplies portfolio through deep subject matter expertise and strategic account planning. This position is designed for a consultative seller who can navigate complex retail environments, influencing senior stakeholders to align HP solutions with broader business objectives.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor, leveraging advanced knowledge of the supplies category to position value propositions effectively. You will own account strategies and growth plans, collaborating closely with account managers to optimize assortment, placement, promotion, and pricing. The day-to-day involves analyzing market trends and sales data to generate actionable insights, leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and supply chain, and mentoring junior team members to elevate the team's consultative selling capabilities.
