This Account Management Supervisor position serves as an essential member of the General Tax Administration Program's Account Management Process. The role is designed to ensure operational excellence by creating and maintaining reports and presentations, analyzing workflow, and implementing process improvements. The incumbent will manage by establishing clear expectations, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and fostering open communication within the team.
The successful candidate will work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note that mandatory overtime may be required during peak periods, which could include weekends.
This is an internal agency advertisement open only to current Florida Department of Revenue employees. Candidates must meet specific minimum requirements, including one year of experience performing registration and rate transfer functions in the System for Unified Taxation (SUNTAX), as well as one year of experience as a team lead or manager.
