Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is part of The Carrington Companies. We provide third-party originators, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions with access to government and conventional loan programs, as well as low credit score home financing and low down payment options. About the Role
As a key liaison between brokers/sellers and loan operations, you will drive the development and maintenance of relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Your mission is to ensure a steady flow of loan applications and purchases while facilitating the timely closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loans.
You will act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing brokers, advising them on company programs, pricing, submission policies, and regulatory changes. Beyond sales, you will guide brokers through the loan submission process, training them on online systems, automated underwriting, and rate sheets. By managing the loan pipeline and collaborating with internal coordinators, processors, underwriters, and closers, you will ensure compliance deadlines are met and that every step of the loan process is handled efficiently.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified1-5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive preferred
- verifiedPrevious experience as a sales representative required, preferably in the mortgage industry
- verifiedKnowledge of state and federal lending regulations
- verifiedKnowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA and non-agency loan products
- verifiedKnowledge of purchase transactions

Nice to Have
1 - 5 years of experience as a wholesale and/or correspondent account executive with multiple brokers, investors and loan products. Previous experience selling agency and non-agency loan products.
