This position serves as the vital bridge between our external broker/seller network and our internal loan operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products across a 48-state territory. Your day-to-day involves acting as a liaison to facilitate the closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loans, ensuring a steady flow of applications and purchases for our customers.
As the inside presence for our brokers, you will ensure every step of the loan process is handled efficiently. You will advise brokers on company programs, pricing, and submission policies, while training them on online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, and rate sheets. By managing the loan pipeline and collaborating with internal coordinators, processors, underwriters, and closers, you will ensure timely closings and compliance with all pre-disclosure and approval deadlines.
