Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is part of The Carrington Companies. We provide third-party originators, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions with access to government and conventional loan programs, as well as low credit score home financing and low down payment options. We are a growing team of uniquely talented professionals dedicated to transforming residential real estate.
About the Role
As a Wholesale and Correspondent Account Executive, you will serve as the vital liaison between brokers/sellers and our loan operations. Your mission is to develop new business and retain existing relationships by selling wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products across a 48-state territory.
In this role, you will act as an inside presence for brokers, ensuring every step of the loan process is handled efficiently. You will advise partners on company programs, pricing, and submission policies, while training them on online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, and rate sheets. By managing the loan pipeline and collaborating with internal coordinators, processors, underwriters, and closers, you will ensure timely loan closings and purchases while maintaining strict compliance with pre-disclosure and approval deadlines.
