Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is a division of The Carrington Companies, dedicated to transforming residential real estate. We provide third-party originators, mortgage brokers, and financial institutions with access to government and conventional loan programs, including specialized options for low credit scores and low down payments. Our growing team of uniquely talented professionals works to ensure every step of the loan process is handled with efficiency and superior service levels.
As a key liaison between brokers/sellers and our internal loan operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. This role exists to drive business growth by identifying and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers while ensuring a steady flow of loan applications and purchases for existing customers.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between external partners and our internal teams—including brokers, processors, underwriters, and closers—to facilitate the timely closing of wholesale loans and the purchase of correspondent loans. You will advise partners on company programs, pricing, submission policies, and any regulatory changes, while training them on our online systems for loan submissions, automated underwriting, and rate sheets. Your day-to-day involves managing the loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals, maintaining CRM contacts, and ensuring strict compliance with pre-disclosure deadlines and confidentiality standards.
Joining our team offers the opportunity to take over existing accounts and access a 48-state territory, significantly increasing your earning capacity through a base pay and an industry-leading commission plan. As an inside presence, you will be able to market faster and more efficiently, partnering with professional account managers to add value at every step of the way. We also offer customized training programs to help you advance your career, educational reimbursement, and the chance to contribute to the community through the Carrington Charitable Foundation.
