This position serves as a strategic growth partner for key accounts, blending direct field engagement with team leadership. The primary mission is to drive annual sales plans through deepening relationships with existing customers and penetrating new opportunities within the foodservice industry.
You will spend at least four days per week in the field, conducting systematic visits to present new ideas, exclusive brand products, and market trends. Beyond individual sales efforts, you are responsible for leading a sales team—including Account Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives—to ensure optimum service, maximize customer-facing time, and maintain strict program compliance. The role requires a balance of high-level strategy, such as managing product mixes for profit goals, and hands-on execution, including setting up new accounts and verifying pricing accuracy.
Interested candidates should submit their application through the careers portal. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by interviews with National Sales Management to assess industry fit and strategic capabilities.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth, including attendance at industry food shows and conferences. In addition to incentive compensation, the position includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and an employee stock purchase plan.
