About the Role

As an Assembly Worker hired by MyWorkChoice for GE Appliances, you will join a team dedicated to meeting production needs at our facility in LaFayette, GA. This role offers the best of both worlds, providing the stability of a full-time position with the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your life. You will be part of a collaborative environment where you assemble appliances, move products within the facility, and complete various duties as assigned by your team lead or supervisor.

Build Your Own Schedule

We empower you to create a workweek that works for you. While the standard shift hours are Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, you have the freedom to choose your specific days and trade shifts using the MyWorkChoice app. Training sessions are also scheduled flexibly through the app, with options available on Mondays (12:15 PM - 3:15 PM) and Wednesdays (9:45 AM - 1:45 PM).

The Digital Hiring Experience

Our process is designed for speed and convenience. You can apply, complete all necessary paperwork, and get hired directly from your phone using the MyWorkChoice app. Once hired, you can view your workweek 24/7, pick up or drop shifts, and access financial flexibility features like EarnIn to get paid before payday.

Eligibility and Culture
