About the Role
We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our team as Production Operators in our Packaging or Whey Processing areas. These entry-level roles are designed to help you start a career in manufacturing, learn new skills, and grow professionally.
In the Cheese Packaging area, you will help assemble, fill, and seal large cheese boxes while running and monitoring packaging equipment. In Whey Processing, you will learn how whey is processed, dried, and packaged, assisting with cleaning, sanitation, and equipment monitoring. Regardless of your specific area, you will be part of a team focused on maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Work Environment & Culture
You will work in a food production setting with moving equipment and some noise, where proper safety gear is provided. The role requires handling cleaning chemicals safely and following strict food safety and quality procedures. We offer a unique schedule that allows you to work only half the days of the year, with predictable hours known every week. Training typically begins on the day shift before transitioning to a permanent rotating schedule, which includes double-time pay on Sundays.
