About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Assembly Operator V to support optical connector and cable assembly processes. This role is designed for individuals with advanced fiber optic manufacturing skills and a strong attention to detail who are ready to take the team to the next level. In this position, you will not only execute complex assembly tasks but also assist in training team members and contributing to process development and continuous improvement efforts. You will work on-site as part of a contract role, collaborating closely with engineering to support new product launches and prototype builds.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED preferred
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in fiber optic manufacturing
- verifiedProficient dexterity and motor skills for intricate/delicate work
- verifiedExperience using electronic testing equipment such as Oscilloscope, DMM, and Variable Power Supplies
- verifiedExcel skills to record, organize, and analyze data
- verifiedProficient in understanding and following written instructions in English
Nice to Have
High School diploma or GED. Working knowledge of hand tools and blueprint reading. Experience with advanced testing and validation processes for fiber optic products. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in collaborative environments.
