About the Role

The Billing & Customer Service Analyst plays a key role in enhancing the 3PL customer experience by maintaining high standards of billing accuracy and transparency. This position serves as a critical bridge between our Supply Chain leaders and our customers, ensuring that every invoice and cost calculation is reviewed, analyzed, and validated.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing processes for our Supply Chain 3PL customers. Your day-to-day involves reviewing weekly and monthly invoices—both system-generated and manual—to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. You will work directly with Supply Chain leadership to validate special charges and collaborate with customers to resolve invoice questions or provide special analysis and reporting. Because invoice accuracy is a top driver of customer satisfaction, your attention to detail and proactive communication are essential to our mission of delivering value to our clients.

Work Location

This is a 5-day/week onsite role. You will be based at one of the following locations:

• Grand Prairie, TX
• Carol Stream, IL
• Newville, PA
