Key Responsibilities

- check_circleRun pro-forma models and structuring sensitivities to guide financing strategies
- check_circleSupport financing aspects of power generation and transmission projects through all phases
- check_circleCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful project financing
- check_circleDrive the finance process from internal approval through transaction consummation
- check_circleConduct market research to identify potential financing opportunities and risks
- check_circleDevelop and oversee virtual data rooms to streamline document organization and accessibility
- check_circleSpearhead the creation of comprehensive financial presentations reflecting status and projections
- check_circleProvide short-, medium-, and long-term outlooks for energy markets
- check_circleAssist in formulating debt and equity financing strategies aligned with company objectives
- check_circleUtilize AI tools with Excel, Python, and VBA to build and maintain project-finance models
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- verifiedMinimum 2 years of experience in finance
- verifiedTax-Equity experience
- verifiedPartnership taxation experience
- verifiedStrong Excel knowledge
- verifiedAI/LLM use with Excel, Python, or VBA
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
