This position serves as the backbone of our district's physical operations, ensuring that every building is secure, clean, and ready for learning. You will assume full responsibility for the daily maintenance and care of district facilities, equipment, and grounds. Acting as a key liaison between the Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, and building principals, you will direct custodial personnel and manage the physical operation of the school.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of tasks, from performing general housekeeping and minor repairs to monitoring building automation systems and managing grounds maintenance. Whether you are ensuring the boiler operates correctly, preparing the facility for events, or responding to the needs of students and staff, your work directly supports the educational mission. You will provide excellent customer service, solve problems as they arise, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
