About the Role
This position is designed to keep the resort's mechanical and electrical systems functioning at peak performance. You will diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment, including central plant chillers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, and fire & safety systems. Your day-to-day involves performing ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, operating the Building Automation System (BAS), and managing contractor services. You will also serve as a primary responder for facility-related emergencies, including fire alarms and system failures, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction while complying with all Disney policies and safety codes.
