As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be the operational backbone of our community, responsible for all maintenance operations including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, and compliance with safety standards. You will work alongside the Community Manager to oversee the activities of assigned staff and vendors, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of the community, coordinating and responding to resident requests while ensuring all repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed efficiently. You will lead a team by supervising, training, and scheduling maintenance staff, fostering a culture of harmony and quality job performance. Your day will involve inspecting grounds and buildings to identify hazards, managing inventory within budget guidelines, and maintaining a well-organized maintenance shop that adheres to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
You will also serve as a key face of the community, managing excellent customer service and projecting a favorable image to achieve property objectives. Whether you are at a small-to-mid-sized property or a large community, you will be essential in planning property resources, monitoring construction activities, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our residents.
