About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multi-Site) to join our team at Swiss View and Swiss Ridge, two apartment communities in Nashville, TN. These communities, totaling 116 units, are located on the same street.

In this role, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the properties to help create a great living experience for our residents. You will work to foster a strong sense of community and connection by ensuring our homes are safe, functional, and welcoming.
