Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, helping patients see improved health outcomes for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause.
We are seeking Registered Dietitians to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women with complex conditions. In this fully remote role within the U.S., you will partner with APRNs and MDs to deliver care that addresses hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, thyroid disease, and more. You will be part of a mission-driven impact, transforming healthcare for women and making a meaningful difference every day.
Your work will center on analyzing intake assessments, including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results. You will conduct diet and lifestyle counseling and education sessions via video, offering advice on movement, sleep, and stress management as needed. Using Allara's provided nutrition training materials, you will ensure consistent care while adapting to individual patient needs. A key part of your role involves employing motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques throughout the continuity of care. You will also maintain accurate patient records, address inquiries, and respond to administrative tasks in a timely manner.
At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against candidates or patients based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
