Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, providing ongoing support for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause to help patients see improved health outcomes.
We are seeking Registered Dietitians to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women with complex conditions. In this fully remote role within the U.S., you will partner with APRNs and MDs to deliver care that addresses hormonal imbalances, endometriosis, thyroid disease, and more. Your day will involve analyzing intake assessments, conducting video counseling sessions, and employing motivational interviewing techniques to drive behavior change. You will serve as an independent provider, utilizing Allara's training materials to ensure consistent care while adapting to the unique needs of each patient.
Please note that hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time. All active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed. Applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s), though we often revisit opportunities in the future as needs evolve.
At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against candidates or patients based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
