Allara is a comprehensive women's health provider specializing in expert, longitudinal care that supports women through every life stage. Trusted by over 60,000 women nationwide, Allara makes expert healthcare accessible by connecting patients with multidisciplinary care teams that have a deep understanding of hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care. As one of the fastest-growing women's health platforms in the U.S., Allara is bridging long-overlooked gaps in healthcare for women, providing ongoing support for conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, and perimenopause to help patients see improved health outcomes.
We are seeking Registered Dietitians to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women with complex conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid disease, and metabolic syndrome. This role exists to ensure that patients receive consistent, evidence-based nutrition care that adapts to their unique needs while integrating seamlessly with their broader medical management.
In this fully remote role, you will analyze intake assessments including medical history, dietary habits, and laboratory results to inform your care plans. Your day involves conducting diet and lifestyle counseling sessions via video, offering guidance on movement, sleep, and stress management alongside nutrition care. You will employ Allara's provided training materials to ensure consistency while utilizing motivational interviewing and behavior change techniques to support patient progress. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with APRNs and MDs involved in your patients' medical management. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will maintain accurate records, address inquiries, and handle administrative tasks in a timely manner.
At Allara, we believe in celebrating everything that makes us human and are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace. We embrace diversity and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. We believe that the more inclusive we are, the better we can serve our members. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against candidates or patients based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, national origin, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Please note that all active and pending state licenses held at the time of application are collected and reviewed. Hiring decisions are based on current state hiring needs, which may change over time. Applicants may not move forward if there is no immediate need for their specific license(s), though we often revisit opportunities in the future as hiring needs evolve.
