This SkillBridge fellowship places transitioning military members in an onsite Information System Security Officer role at Raytheon's McKinney, Texas facility. The position supports classified computing environments by assisting with system compliance, auditing, security plan development, and delivering security awareness education. Fellows also help investigate security violations and manage security sustainment activities alongside experienced ISSOs and ISSMs. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the aerospace and defense industry under the mentorship of respected leaders while maintaining military pay and benefits.
