In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the service population within our shelter facilities. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing staff interactions, and fostering a positive environment where children can thrive. Your day will involve coordinating facility tasks, monitoring safety protocols, and supporting the emotional and physical needs of the children under your care. You will also mentor new hires, assist with shift scheduling, and ensure all activities align with the agency's mission and regulatory standards.
