We are committed to practicing our GREAT values: Generous, Respectful, Encouraging, Accountability, and Trustworthy. We create places where every kid feels safe and connected—a place to belong and a place to become—while fostering a fun, positive work environment where you can be sure you're making a difference.
As a Site Coordinator at our Greenbrae Elementary School location, you will oversee daily site operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that align with Club standards and youth development outcomes. This role is pivotal in providing leadership to staff and volunteers, maintaining a safe and well-managed environment, and serving as the primary contact for families.
You will represent the Club within the community, ensuring compliance, managing resources, and upholding program quality. Your day will involve directing staff to deliver programs in accordance with quality standards, recruiting and registering new members, and developing collaborative relationships with parents, civic groups, and school district partners. You will also evaluate program objectives and manage member behavior to ensure an optimal experience for all.
As part of our unwavering commitment to child and member safety, all hires will be asked to complete specific steps, including providing three professional references, and completing a drug screen, background check, and fingerprint check.
