The Youth Leader Sub - ASES is a vital part of Harmonium's mission to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students in our after-school programs. As a substitute position, this role operates across a variety of PrimeTime sites throughout San Diego, adapting to different school environments while maintaining the highest standards of care.
You will be the face of the program for students, parents, and school staff, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Your day involves supervising daily activities, providing homework assistance, and leading clubs and curriculum development. This role requires high energy and flexibility, as you may need to cover multiple locations and navigate noisy or outdoor environments. You will work effectively across all program service areas, ensuring seamless communication and operations while adhering to strict safety ratios and policies.
If a permanent Youth Leader position opens at any of your sites, you will have the option to transition into that permanent role, offering a pathway for growth within the agency.
