The Role in Action
In this position, you will be the backbone of our equipment operations. You'll prepare rental and retail machines for success by thoroughly cleaning and readying them for delivery or pickup. Your day will involve managing inventory and movement, accurately tracking equipment entering or leaving the yard for rentals, trade-ins, or service using our business systems. You'll keep the yard organized, ensuring equipment, attachments, and other items are arranged according to a clear layout, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility both inside and out.
You will also serve as a Delivery Driver, transporting equipment and attachments to customers, between dealership locations, or to service areas. Throughout your day, safety is paramount; you will follow strict safety protocols to ensure everything is done correctly in a loud, busy environment around moving machinery.
