This local leadership position serves as the operational and strategic anchor for wound, skin, ostomy, and hyperbaric shared services across multiple inpatient and outpatient locations. The role exists to ensure the highest value specialty care by managing day-to-day operations, financial objectives, and quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with shared service leaders, local care site administration, and multi-disciplinary teams to develop programs and cultivate a culture of efficient, safe, and compassionate care.
The position balances 50% operational management, 30% quality improvement, and 20% strategic planning. You will act as a liaison between providers and medical group leadership, holding caregivers accountable for outcomes while fostering strong team dynamics in a customer-based healthcare environment.

Current clinical license or compact license with the ability to obtain license to work in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers. Experience working in wound care, ostomy, and hyperbaric medicine.
