The Workforce Transformation Manager serves as a strategic coordinator, bridging the gap between high-level business strategy and tangible HR execution. In an era defined by rapid AI-driven change, this role exists to translate complex organizational shifts into clear workforce implications and coordinated action plans. You will not only lead discovery and facilitate critical stakeholder meetings but also orchestrate cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth transitions.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and the Project Management Office to manage dependencies and drive execution. You will facilitate working sessions and leadership discussions to support decision-making, while delivering practical outputs such as Organizational Designs, Learning Pathways, and Role Impact Analyses. Additionally, you will develop scalable dashboards and tools, create executive-ready presentations, and collaborate with Learning teams to define enablement strategies that empower the workforce.
