This position serves as a vital support resource within the park's operations, reporting directly to the Workforce Supervisor. The primary focus is to assist associates with inquiries regarding scheduling systems, including FUNtime, UKG/Kronos, and mobile applications. Additionally, team members will be trained to back up Full-Time park schedulers, ensuring that every department has a knowledgeable point of contact available to manage staffing needs.
Candidates must be prepared to meet specific availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods, to align with business needs. The selection process includes a mandatory drug test and a background check (for applicants 18 years or older), which may cover criminal history, DMV records, previous employment, education, and personal references, in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.
At Carowinds, delivering a high level of guest service is paramount. This extends to both external visitors and internal associates, requiring team members to initiate interactions, answer questions, and provide directions in accordance with park standards. Team members are expected to maintain a neat and organized office environment and adhere strictly to Carowinds Safety guidelines, reporting any unsafe or unusual conditions immediately. All duties are performed in compliance with the Employee Guidelines, Rules of Conduct, and specific grooming and costuming standards.
