Build Your Career With Purpose at CCMSI

At CCMSI, we partner with global clients to solve their most complex risk management challenges, delivering measurable results through advanced technology, collaborative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to their success. We are a certified Great Place to Work® where employee-owners are empowered to grow, collaborate, and make meaningful contributions every day. Our culture is built on the belief that every claim represents a real person, and we act accordingly.

About the Role

The Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant (Adjuster) is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned claims, with a specific focus on New Jersey. You will also have the opportunity to prepare newsletter articles and conduct training sessions for designated clients.

  • Client partnership: Proactive communication and strong follow-through.
  • Professional judgment: Owning outcomes and solving problems with integrity.
  • Cultural alignment: Believing every claim represents a real person and acting accordingly.

Our Core Values

We look for team members who believe in doing what's right—for our clients, our coworkers, and ourselves. We lead with transparency, perform with integrity, and chase excellence. As employee-owners, we own the outcome and win together, knowing that our greatest victories come when our clients succeed.

Join Our Team

We don't just work together—we grow together. If you are looking for a supportive, team-based environment where you can make a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you.

CCMSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable employment laws, including pay transparency and fair chance hiring regulations. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the application and hiring process.
