The Workers' Compensation Claim Consultant (Adjuster) is responsible for the investigation and adjustment of assigned claims, with a specific focus on New Jersey. This position serves as an advanced training role, offering a pathway for consideration of promotion to a more senior claim position. You will be accountable for the quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients and within our corporate claim standards.
In this hybrid role reporting to Linwood, NJ, you will handle more complex and involved claims than lower-level positions with minimum supervision. Your day will involve coordinating communication with clients, claimants, and appropriate parties, conducting claim reviews, and participating in hearings, mediations, and informal legal conferences as needed. You will also have the opportunity to prepare newsletter articles and conduct training sessions for designated clients.
