About the Role
The Senior Claims Specialist is a remote position dedicated to handling complex and high-profile Workers' Compensation claims. This role is vital to ensuring the best possible outcomes for claimants while meeting customer service expectations and supporting the strategic goals of the Claims Department. You will work closely with case managers and attorneys to manage subrogation, negotiate settlements, and develop well-documented action plans to reduce the overall cost of claims. The position requires a professional who can effectively coordinate early return-to-work efforts, manage litigation, and maintain strong relationships with customers and claimants while adhering to strict state regulations and company standards.
