About the Role
Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our growing practice in New Haven, Connecticut. This is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build out a new, rapidly developing statewide workers' compensation practice on behalf of our Firm.
You will handle a heavy and complex caseload of cases and hearings. The role offers a consistently robust influx of cases, ensuring that the right attorney can earn more in workers' compensation than anywhere else in the state. You will be part of a team where every member has a key role to play in our mission to fight for consumer rights.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

- check_circleDraft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and memorandums
Requirements
- verifiedLaw degree from a fully accredited law school
- verifiedActive member in good standing with the CT State Bar Association
- verifiedMinimum 3+ years of workers' compensation experience
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S.
