We are seeking an Employment & Labor Attorney to join our legal team in a dynamic, multi-state environment. This role uniquely combines employment litigation with traditional labor relations work, offering the opportunity to handle a broad range of legal matters. You will manage employment-related litigation and agency charges while advising on union matters, collective bargaining, labor-related risk, and labor relations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys both the adversarial nature of litigation and practical, business-focused legal work. You will partner with internal stakeholders to develop case strategies, work with outside counsel, and provide actionable guidance to HR and operations teams. Your work will help evaluate labor and employment risks tied to new business opportunities and contribute to improving how labor and employment matters are tracked and managed across the organization.
As this is a remote position, the interview process will be conducted virtually. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and hold an active bar membership in good standing. The role requires a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards, as travel may be required for business demands.
